Junior Inter-Regional Regatta
Sudbury Rowing Club Junior 16 scullers Martha Bullen and Amelia Maskell competed for the East of England Team at the Junior Inter-Regional Regatta at the National Watersports Centre in Nottingham.

Veterans’ Head of the River Race
Sudbury Rowing Club competed in the Masters Head of the River Race on the Thames, racing from Mortlake to Putney, just over four miles.
School’s Head 2018
The Junior Squad from Sudbury Rowing Club was represented by two crews at the Schools Head of the River Race on the Thames.
Norwich Head
Sudbury Rowing Club competed in the Norwich Head at the weekend with various different crew combinations racing in 19 different categories.

Sudbury Rowing Club had six junior members travel to the London Olympic Velodrome to compete at the British Rowing Indoor Championships.
The Scullers Head
Three members from Sudbury Rowing Club took part in the Scullers Head of the River Race on the River Thames at the weekend.
Cambridge Winter Head
Sudbury Rowing Club competed at the Cambridge Winter Head, racing over a distance of 2500 metres.
Pudding Races 2017
Saturday 16th December 8am for Crew selection £1 per person to race Prizes for best Christmas outfit Selection of Puddings for the winning team to share Cakes, refreshments, raffle and hot food for Rowers, Families and Friends afterwards until 12 noon
Heads we win!
More success for Sudbury Rowing Club when they attended Norfolk Long Distance Sculls and Huntingdon Head. Norwich Head has four divisions, 2 short – 2100 metres and 2 long distance – 4100 metres.
Pairs Head of the River Race
Jen Titterington and Bev Goodchild (Ipswich RC) raced on the Thames on 14th Oct in the Pairs Head of the River Race. They won a National class pennant in their event, Women’s Club double sculls, winning by a massive 17 seconds, ahead of 11 other crews in
SRC on Tour…

Annual Dinner and Other Stories
Annual Dinner Sudbury Rowing Club held their annual dinner and presentation evening where the Chairman introduced the nominees for the various awards, the year was reviewed in song by the captain and the list of club wins was celebrated.
Slipway Refurbishment
Sudbury Rowing Club has recently undertaken the refurbishment of their boating slipway.

Sudbury Rowing Club were represented at the Schools Head of the River Race on Thursday by Morgan Moriarty, Callum Power, Byron Bullen, Henry Tullin and Amelia Moule (cox), who raced in the Junior Coxed Fours catagory.
Women’s Head of the River Race
Sudbury Rowing Club had two ladies eights competing at the Women’s Head of the River Race on the Thames.
