Good Friday Opening

There was some close racing today at the traditional Good Friday Opening.

The Club President, Town Mayor Sue Ayres, opened the season by raising the flag, and handing out prizes of Easter Eggs to the winning team of the day, the ‘Cross Bunnies’!

It was also an opportunity for some of the ‘Old Boys’ to test out the new equipment…

    You are all most welcome to attend and to bring along family and friends to celebrate the official club opening and as part of this we will be unveiling the new land purchased this year.

    Sudbury Rowing Club hosted its annual ‘Easter Egg Races’ on Good Friday, followed by an official ceremony to mark the opening of the spring season.
