Bedford Spring Head
Nine crews from Sudbury enjoyed a successful, warm and sunny day of racing at Bedford Spring Head on Sunday 14 April.
Tracy Muir and Teresa Moriarty won the women’s masters F doubles event with a time of 8:44. Sophie Lovegrove, Jen Ward, Amanda Ashton and Tricia Fincham (coxed by Stephen Nichols) won the women’s masters E fours event with an adjusted time of 8:17. Lee Adams, Paul Adams, Tim Hysom and Sean Moriarty (coxed by Rachael Bassett) won the masters E fours with a time of 7:30.

Sudbury Rowing Club enjoyed a successful event on the River Great Ouse at the Bedford Eights and Fours Head on 12 February.

Sudbury had a large turnout at Bedford Eights and Fours Head, racing over the 1950 metre course, which is one of the shorter distance winter head courses, and came away with 5 wins.
